Can you handle orders from my online store?
We can discuss orders from your online store or marketplace. The order-transfer method is agreed at onboarding. Automated platform integrations are subject to assessment.
Can you dispatch to the UK or EU?
We can assess destinations and carrier options in your quote. International shipping, customs and tax responsibilities must be agreed before dispatch.
Can I collect stock myself?
Collections and delivery access are by appointment, subject to agreed hours and safe handling arrangements.
What goods can you accept?
We initially focus on suitable non-food, non-hazardous goods. Food, temperature-sensitive products, dangerous goods and other regulated stock require separate assessment and approval.
